With a unique academic background—holding a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and a Master’s in Textiles from the University of Madras—Madhavi brings a rare blend of creativity, empathy, and analytical precision to her leadership.
Before co-founding Innowave, Madhavi built a strong foundation in the software industry, contributing to leading firms such as Fidelity Solutions, Jaya Murthi Software, and Deltanet SFO. Over a span of 15 years, she honed her skills in software testing, quality assurance, and project coordination—ensuring delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.
Her career evolved naturally into human resources and operations, where she found her true calling in empowering people and shaping organizational culture. At Innowave Healthcare, Madhavi leads human capital strategy, talent acquisition, employee experience, and organizational development initiatives. Her hands-on leadership and deep understanding of both technology and people management have made her an invaluable force behind Innowave’s growth and resilience.
