Ruchi Mehrotra is the Co-founder and Director of Operational Excellence at Innowave Healthcare. With over two decades of diverse experience across IT, logistics, and data driven process, Ruchi brings a unique blend of operational insight, leadership, and a passion for driving process excellence.
A seasoned professional, Ruchi has a proven track record of enabling digital transformation, managing large-scale sourcing operations, ensuring data integrity in global supply chains, and implementing enterprise-wide process controls to support audit and compliance frameworks. Prior to joining Innowave full time , she held key leadership positions at Gap Inc., where she successfully led vendor EDI migration initiatives, enhanced supply chain visibility, and ensured data compliance across sourcing operations.
Her professional journey also includes roles in corporate affairs, business process analysis, user support, and software training, making her well-versed in both technology and people management. She began her career as a faculty member at Aptech and later moved into user support and logistics systems at Gap International Sourcing.
Ruchi is also a Certified NLP Practitioner from Wisdom Tree and a long-time practitioner of Art of Living meditation techniques, reflecting her commitment to continuous personal and professional growth.
