From building India’s first bedside patient monitors in the 1990s to architecting the petabyte-scale, AI-driven platforms that power Innowave today, Rady’s work has consistently empowered clinicians, transformed operations, and improved patient outcomes across the globe.
As Chief Technology Officer, Rady has been instrumental in evolving Innowave from a focused PACS provider into a world-class leader in AI-integrated diagnostic ecosystems. His vision is built on three core pillars: seamless scalability, flawless interoperability, and real-world clinical impact. This philosophy has guided the development of platforms that now support thousands of healthcare locations, screen millions of patients, and empower thousands of clinicians across India, Southeast Asia, Africa, and beyond.

Leadership in Clinical AI Deployment
Rady is at the forefront of translating artificial intelligence from theory into clinical reality. He spearheaded the landmark collaboration with Google and Aravind Eye Hospital to deploy the ARDA AI model for diabetic retinopathy, a globally recognized initiative screening over 600 patients daily across 120 rural centers. This success is part of a broader strategy to create an open, AI-ready platform, evidenced by successful integrations with leading models from partners like Qure.ai and Annalise.ai.
Global-Scale & Petabyte Cloud Architecture
Understanding that modern healthcare runs on data, Rady has architected enterprise solutions that deliver unparalleled scalability and resilience. He has designed workflows that empower clients to grow from a single diagnostic center to multi-national networks with 100+ locations. This is supported by a robust, multi-geographic cloud infrastructure he engineered to securely manage over 3 Petabytes of medical imaging data.
Innovations in Teleradiology & Hybrid Cloud
Rady has built a complete teleradiology ecosystem to democratize access to medical expertise. This includes turnkey country-wide networks, Teleradiology Operations Support Services (ToSS) for international clients, and an online teleradiology marketplace. For facilities needing a local footprint, he engineered a cost-effective hybrid workflow appliance (NAS + Cloud Sync), a testament to his ability to create solutions for every segment of the market.
Mastery of Healthcare Interoperability & Standards
A globally recognized expert in DICOM, HL7, and HIPAA, Rady ensures Innowave’s solutions integrate seamlessly into any clinical environment. His deep expertise was recently sought by Verily (an Alphabet company), where he led the testing of DICOM DIMSE and DICOMweb protocols and authored the complete DICOM Conformance Statement for their new Numetric™ Retinal Camera, enabling its successful market launch.
